1:1 Offerings

OFFERING 1: ENERGETIC RECALIBRATION

Settle into our amethyst-infused mat as warmth and healing intention embrace you. Therapeutic amethyst crystals attune to your energy centers while far infrared heat penetrates deeply and pulsed magnetic frequencies synchronize with your body's natural rhythms. Negative ions cleanse what no longer serves. OFFERING 3: SACRED HEALING JOURNEY

120 minutes

Enter your sanctuary. This is two hours held entirely for you. We begin with an intuitive reading of your choice to illuminate and seek clarity for the session ahead. From there, we move into the sacred healing work, responsive, unhurried, and attuned entirely to what your body and spirit need in this moment. Whatever wants to emerge and release, we guide you through. We close the session with deep relaxation and integration, allowing everything to settle into your being. You leave held, transformed, and genuinely empowered.

Reading methods: tarot, oracle, emotion code, birth chart, visualization, or your choice. Energy modalities and tools may include reiki, chakra alignment, breathwork, sound, cacao ceremony, tea, music, aromatherapy, channeling, release work, and more, depending on what emerges.

Good for: People in active transformation or crisis who need deep work and intuitive guidance; processing grief, major life change, trauma, or big decisions; spiritually mature or actively seeking; people ready to do real work and willing to invest in their transformation.

OFFERING 4: CLARITY SESSION

60 minutes

Arrive exactly as you are. Whatever you're carrying, whatever needs clarity (a decision, a direction, something weighing on you), you bring it here. In this space, you speak freely and are truly heard. Fully seen, fully listened to.

This type of session can also be used for oracle or tarot readings, or birth chart and various personality insight chart readings.

• Virtual: $55

Good for: Someone at a crossroads or carrying something needing to be spoken aloud; practical decisions (job, relationship, move) or emotional processing. If you are looking for a safe place to be lovingly witnessed. Alternatively, those looking for insights into their personality or those looking for consulting services.

OFFERING 5: EMBODIED YOGA

60 minutes (In-Person Only)

Step into a practice designed entirely for you. Not a class where you follow along, but a session where every pose, every breath, every moment serves your specific body and your specific healing. Whether you're rebuilding after injury, deepening your spiritual practice, or learning to move with genuine intention, we'll create a practice that meets you where you are. You'll move with awareness, with purpose, with presence. You'll remember that your body is wisdom.

Pricing:

• In-Person: $75 standard | $40-$70 AK resident sliding scale

*Studio space rental fee may apply if applicable.

Good for: Someone with specific body situations (chronic pain, trauma); people rebuilding strength or trust in their body.

Beginners looking for an at-home practice they can build on. Or anyone who's tried group classes and felt invisible.

AK Sliding Scale sessions are booked directly through email
Payment is accepted by PayPal, Venmo or cash at the time of service.

Because sessions are limited and customized, advance booking is required to secure your preferred date.

Because each session is prepared specifically for you, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is kindly requested for cancellations or reschedules.

Life happens — if something unexpected arises, please reach out as soon as possible so your spot may be offered to another guest.

Availability is intentionally limited to maintain presence, quality, and energetic integrity for each client.

Sessions are held at the Om Home at Bear Lake Lodge directions and session information will be send to you upon booking.
